Shipping destinations:

• We ship both domestically within U.S.A. and worldwide. For international orders, please contact us separately.

Shipping times:

• Orders will be processed within two business days. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. 
  

Shipping cost:

• We charge flat shipping rate that covers shipping & handling cost. In case actual shipping cost differs by more than $5, we will contact you with the adjustment (refund or additional payment). 

Lost or Stolen Items:

• Once the order is delivered, Indian Novelties is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customer is responsible to get in touch with the shipping carrier for any dispute resolution. Indian Novelties will provide necessary shipping details to recipient for the resolution. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both domestic & international customers via Online Bank Transfer, Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. 

• If a product is defective - we offer Refund or Exchange depending on the product. 
• Timing: we have a 2-days Return Policy, since the day item is received.
• Products are fully inspected before shipping. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. It is recommended to take a video of opening the package.
• For returns, please email indiannovelties@yahoo.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• For any order cancellation or return, refund will be calculated after the adjustment of any incurred fees and service charges.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will process your order within 2 business days.

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.
